TL;DR

1st Line Service Desk Analyst: Providing initial IT support to end-users and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems with an accent on responding to and resolving support requests via phone and email. Focus on monitoring ticketing systems and providing excellent customer service.

Location: Hybrid in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: £150 per day (Inside IR35 contract)

What you will do

  • Respond to and resolve incoming support requests via phone and email.
  • Monitor ticketing systems and document all interactions and resolutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a 1st line support role.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft environment (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with InTune.
