What you will do
- Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy aligned with growth goals (revenue and pipeline).
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team (paid, SEO,AEO, automation, web).
- Build multi-channel demand generation programs that drive SQLs and qualified pipeline.
- Oversee paid acquisition across search, display, social, retargeting, intent platforms, and ABM tools.
- Own website strategy and performance, including UX, conversion paths, and technical SEO.
- Lead continuous A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of digital funnel optimisation, demand gen, and revenue-driven marketing.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, engineers, IT, product teams).
- Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, marketing automation, and web strategy.
- Proven track record scaling digital programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Hands on experience using AI tools to drive efficiency, speed and scale.
