What you will do
- Drive market engagement with IT and data leaders using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Educate prospective customers on hirify.global’s Postgres AI platform benefits.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategy.
- Utilize sales tech tools and participate in coaching for skill development.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Passion for outbound prospecting and a “hunter” mentality.
- High resilience, coachability, and desire for growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay organized.
- Curiosity about technology and problem-solving for customers.
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (plus).
