Account Expansion Executive (HR Tech): Partnering with existing customers to increase the value they receive from hirify.global, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding them towards solutions for their evolving business needs. Focus on consultative sales conversations, building value-driven recommendations, and nurturing relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying opportunities within a book of business and recommending solutions that help customers get more from hirify.global.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and connect solutions to business value.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and navigate multiple perspectives to drive opportunities toward close.
- Take ownership of expansion opportunities from first conversation through close, working with Customer Success to support adoption and renewals.
- Keep pipeline organized in CRM, prioritize opportunities, and forecast accurately.
- Stay aware of hirify.global's products, add-ons, and the HR tech space.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in account management, expansion, or consultative B2B sales roles.
- Experience managing sales conversations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Comfort navigating moderately complex deal cycles and negotiations.
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or a related industry.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an expansion or account-focused role.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to continue leveling up your sales craft.
