What you will do

• Drive hirify.global Consulting’s Knowledge Management (KM) process, capturing and transforming engagement content.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks, sanitizing content, and ensuring adherence to brand style and guidelines.
• Manage and govern knowledge sites, including pages, libraries, metadata, and content audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (sales enablement, SMEs, leadership) to align curated knowledge with Information Management standards.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing strategies, gather insights, and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and optimize KM tools with automation, exploring integration with new technologies like AI.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Knowledge Management experience in a Consulting or Professional Services environment.
• Strong understanding of KM principles, information architecture, and emerging KM platforms, including AI advancements.
• Experience using SharePoint (site setup, updates) and Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for custom templates and communication.
• Passion for AI and experience with AI tools, coupled with a growth mindset.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
