What you will do

• Own and execute organic growth initiatives in close partnership with a cross-functional team.
• Conduct deep, ongoing SERP and competitive analysis, including classic search results and AI-augmented answer experiences.
• Optimize on-page content, internal linking, and information architecture.
• Lead keyword research, intent modeling, and query clustering, with an emphasis on commercial and product-led intent.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on SEO-driven product improvements and platform capabilities.
• Monitor and report on core SEO KPIs, including rankings, traffic quality, CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, growth, or search-driven product environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and advanced Excel or Sheets.
• High proficiency in conversion rate optimization principles and funnel thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
