Requirements

• Strong experience in React and TypeScript, with deep attention to code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to translate Figma (or similar) design systems into scalable, production-ready component libraries.
• A keen eye for visual polish, interaction detail, and animation quality.
• Fluency in accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and inclusive design principles.
• Familiarity with design tokens, component theming, and responsive layout systems.
• Experience documenting patterns, components, and motion guidelines for shared use.

Nice to have

• Comfort with lightweight backend integration or prototyping tools (e.g., Next.js, Storybook, or Framer).
