What you will do

• Maintain a strategic portfolio view across the organization, coordinating interdependencies between product teams and other departments.
• Ensure initiatives contribute to overarching strategic goals, such as product line launches or market expansion.
• Coordinate efforts across the organization, breaking down departmental silos and aligning stakeholders on shared business-centric goals.
• Track initiatives to ensure business investments generate maximum value for the entire organization.
• Own the idea/intake workflow and tracking, evaluating and escalating high-impact ideas for the integrated pipeline.
• Partner with the commercialization team to coordinate Go-To-Market alignment and product launch readiness across departments.
• Drive the operating rhythm across the integrated business to ensure consistent evaluation and prioritization, monitor delivery health, and prepare for product launches.
• Partner with Finance and BI/Data teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years in business operations, program management, or strategy roles.
• Proven track record in product management and business operations leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively convey product vision and align teams.
• Expertise in data analysis and utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience in developing business cases and revenue models.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
