Location: Singapore (travel up to 30% required)

What you will do

• Provide design and implementation workshops for hirify.global Threat Intelligence solutions.
• Capture requirements, illustrate workflows, and build foundational designs and data flows for customer environments.
• Scope and implement custom solutions across various client architectures, leveraging the hirify.global API.
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
• Create new use cases and playbooks, assisting with tuning and troubleshooting in customer environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, or Security Operations.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in engineering or consulting.
• Experience with SIEMs and other security tools (TIPs, Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, SOAR, EDR, Automation).
• Experience with Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Swimlane, Rapid7, or ServiceNow SecOps/Vuln/TI.
• Experience with CTI team needs, operations, and capabilities.
• Ability to train clients on hirify.global’s APIs and Integrations.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage assigned client engagements.
• Fluency in English is required, in addition to proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, JSON, or RESTful APIs.
