What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions.
• Collect, process, and analyse data from various sources, ensuring ethical data use.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Continuously improve models and processes for better performance and accuracy.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience in modelling with advanced proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of feature engineering, model selection, evaluation metrics, optimisation techniques, and Gen AI.
• Ability to apply complex statistical methods and design experiments.
• Familiarity with GCP cloud environment for deploying ML solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and create business-ready solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, especially conveying technical information to non-technical people.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Insights into industry solutions for data management, storage, and analytics.
• Experience of working within regulatory change (e.g., Credit Risk, capital and impairment processes).
