What you will do
- Build and lead an SDR team (3–6 members), including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
- Create and optimize SDR workflows, scripts, and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT).
- Implement tools and dashboards to monitor SDR performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and event-based outreach.
- Ensure effective handover of qualified leads to the Sales team and continuously analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SDR or B2B Sales roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of building or scaling SDR teams in fintech, Web3, or iGaming.
- Deep understanding of outbound sales, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
