hirify.global is a leading company specializing in crypto payment solutions, providing seamless cryptocurrency payment processing for businesses in industries such as iGaming, Forex, and Payment Service Providers.

What you will do

  • Build and lead an SDR team (3–6 members), including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
  • Create and optimize SDR workflows, scripts, and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT).
  • Implement tools and dashboards to monitor SDR performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and event-based outreach.
  • Ensure effective handover of qualified leads to the Sales team and continuously analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR or B2B Sales roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling SDR teams in fintech, Web3, or iGaming.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
