What you will do

• Maintain and expand hirify.global’s existing MiCA license (CASP A2025-006), acting as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies.
• Serve as the designated TRACFIN Correspondent, overseeing AML/CFT compliance and reporting suspicious transactions.
• Develop, fine-tune, and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with MiCA requirements.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement AML/CTF measures.
• Manage and develop a team of 5 to 7 AML, KYC, and compliance analysts.
• Coordinate EU compliance audits, investigate potential breaches, and report compliance violations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in a compliance role within fintech or financial services in the EU (France and/or Germany preferred).
• Strong understanding of the French regulatory environment, including experience with TRACFIN, AMF, and ACPR.
• Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must be based in France or willing to relocate to France.
• Strong analytical and risk management abilities, particularly in AML/CTF contexts.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
• A Master’s degree or specialized compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP).
