Professional Services & Technical Sales Specialist (Cybersecurity): Deploying, configuring, and optimizing i2 intelligence analysis platforms for clients across the full product lifecycle with an accent on architectural design, implementation planning, and training. Focus on integrating platforms with existing systems, driving adoption, and supporting pre-sales activities for impactful solutions.

Location: Remote (Australia, VIC) with regular travel within Australia and internationally.

What you will do

• Design and implement bespoke strategies for platform deployment, upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
• Configure and integrate i2 products (Analyst’s Notebook, iBase, Analysis Hub/Studio, TextChart) with existing systems.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct system health checks, refine platform performance, and guide clients on optimizing analyst workflows.
• Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions, best-practice training, and demonstrations to clients.
• Support pre-sales activities and enable partners through workshops, technical sessions, and certifications.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in technology or professional services, ideally with exposure to intelligence, security, or government sectors, with a strong background in client-facing roles.
• Strong SQL/database experience.
• Practical coding skills in C#, Java, TypeScript, or React, including the ability to build custom plugins and connectors.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with i2 products (Analyst’s Notebook, iBase, Analysis Hub/Studio, TextChart).
• Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL/data modelling, ETL, or BI/visualisation tools.
• Certifications in business analysis or intelligence analysis.
