What you will do

• Analyse data and form strategic decisions to develop and implement responsible gaming strategies.
• Stay updated with developments in gaming regulations and industry standards, adjusting strategy accordingly.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.
• Manage and mentor a team of responsible gaming and compliance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Education, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; or a minimum of 5 years work experience in a related field and familiarity with German gambling regulations.
• Experience in building and managing collaborations with a large network of stakeholders.
• Native level of written and spoken German is a prerequisite.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Motivated personality with leadership and mentoring skills.
