What you will do

• Consult with prospective enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Become a subject matter expert for key brand clients on hirify.global product offerings.
• Create detailed account plans to identify new sales and account expansion opportunities to exceed quotas.
• Communicate hirify.global’s solutions up to C-Level through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, and ROI analysis.
• Organise, track, and maintain client account and contact information and prospect updates in Salesforce.
• Collaborate across the organisation with marketing, support, pre-sales engineering, and customer success.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in Enterprise sales.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing deals.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, or design market segments.
• Previous experience with using Salesforce.
