What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document product and business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Develop, clarify, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Participate actively in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies.
• Support data-related initiatives, including analytics, database-driven projects, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure technical feasibility and clear understanding of requirements.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for managing product backlogs, documenting requirements, and tracking delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with user story development and refinement, including acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience supporting data analytics, databases, or data-driven projects.
• Familiarity with financial technology (FinTech) platforms and solutions.
• Exposure to merchant services, payments, or transaction processing systems.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience working on payment processing, merchant onboarding, or transaction lifecycle products.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, data).
