• Execute trades on behalf of clients in an OTC setting.
• Support and grow a 24-7 spot flow operation, providing excellent client service across multiple time zones.
• Provide clients with actionable insights on the cryptocurrency market.
• Drive revenue and meet targets using strong sales skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure smooth operation and optimal trading conditions.
• Grow the client base and strengthen existing relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an OTC broker/trader/sales-trader.
• A solid broker-dealer background, comfortable with trading on a discretionary basis.
• Exceptional understanding of digital assets and hirify.global technology preferred.
• A deep understanding of international financial markets and regulatory standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to trading.
• Must be comfortable working flexible hours in coordination with our Singapore and US teams.
