Focus on designing systems, building curriculum, operationalizing coaching, and measuring impact.

Location: Open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US

Salary: $180,000 - $225,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute hirify.global’s GTM enablement strategy across onboarding, training, content readiness, and ongoing skill development.
  • Create scalable programs, frameworks, and operating rhythms that improve consistency and predictability across GTM teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to understand performance gaps and build targeted enablement solutions.
  • Deliver ongoing training around positioning, messaging, value articulation, competitive differentiation, and product awareness.
  • Establish consistent coaching routines and equip frontline managers with playbooks, tools, and insights that drive rep excellence.
  • Ensure tight alignment between Product Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product to deliver cohesive messaging and launch readiness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, or a related sales/GTM leadership role.
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales practices, buyer journeys, and GTM motions.
  • Skilled at simplifying complexity and translating strategy, product capabilities, and market insights into clear, actionable guidance.
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing.
  • Excellent facilitator and communicator with strong executive presence.
