What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for hirify.global' most strategic customers.
  • Define and manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables to achieve customer go-live on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
  • Lead structured customer meetings, including Pre-Kickoff, Kickoff, and Go-Live milestones.
  • Oversee delivery of core and add-on services, coordinating with Onboarding Coaches and Professional Services.
  • Manage expectations, proactively identify risks, and guide customers through the adoption phase.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations with deep understanding of hospitality workflows.
  • At least 1 year of direct SaaS project management experience, with ownership of timelines and deliverables.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish at a business level, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end service delivery, including high levels of customer interaction.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead executive-level relationships.

Nice to have

  • Project management experience within a SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
  • Experience with customer success metrics and adoption frameworks.
  • Background in hospitality technology implementations or PMS migrations.
