What you will do

• Provide analytical insights into core business problems (growth, credit risk, collections).
• Design key metrics and dashboards for actionable business insights.
• Work closely with Product, Risk, and Operation teams.
• Contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Good understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts.
• Experience with programming languages like Python and SQL.
• Comfortable exploring existing and new data sets.
• Curiosity about data and a desire to ask "why?".
• Work from a London-hub office in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Interest in startups and fintech.
