TL;DR
RPI Senior Analyst: Identifying data-driven insights and opportunities and enhancing retention reporting with an accent on market feedback and intelligence best practices. Focus on product ownership and improving P&A revenue and customer satisfaction.
Location: Based in Whitley, Coventry (Hybrid working). Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility, to work full time, and travel within, the UK.
Salary: £33-£34 per hour (Inside IR35)

What you will do
- Identify data-driven insights and opportunities.
- Document and cascade Market feedback.
- Identify intelligence best practices, based on results.
- Enhance on-time Retention reporting and insight generation.
- Lead product ownership, including identification and documentation.
- Improve P&A revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience delivering results through cross-functional working.
- JIRA Project management skills.
- Knowledge of Business analytics technologies, techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of Data visualization tools and techniques.
- Working understanding of Tableau, Anaplan, SQL, Google BigQuery.
- Understanding of predictive profiling.
