What you will do
- Build targeted prospect lists in Russian-speaking markets and run disciplined outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualify initial conversations with clear discovery on current setup, pain points, goals, decision processes, timeline, and fit.
- Create opportunities by turning interest into booked meetings and properly scoped handoffs to the BD team.
- Run a weekly operating cadence focusing on volumes, conversion rates, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM hygiene, including notes, next steps, stage discipline, and follow-up timing.
- Stay current on the basics of our space to ensure relevant outreach and credible qualification.
Requirements
- Proven SDR experience generating outbound pipeline for SaaS (prospecting, qualification, meeting-setting).
- Fluent Russian and strong English communication skills required for global teamwork.
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to quickly earn attention with clear, relevant messaging.
- Comfort with calls, follow-ups, and rejection—done professionally and consistently.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into mobile game studios or speaking credibly about how game businesses operate.
- Familiarity with core monetization concepts: IAA vs IAP, ARPDAU/LTV, retention cohorts, ROAS, ad placements, mediation, bidding.
- Experience prospecting into CIS / Eastern Europe game markets with strong network awareness and local nuance.
