What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the marketing team across content, digital, events, brand, and product marketing.
  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across schools, MATs, and local authorities in the UK.
  • Develop and deliver strategic PR and thought leadership, enhancing hirify.global’s profile as a trusted partner in education.
  • Report on key performance metrics across marketing, driving insights into what’s working and what needs change.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure alignment on messaging, customer journeys, and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the marketing team across content, digital, events, brand, and product marketing.
  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across schools, MATs, local authorities in the UK; with potential for deal-based marketing in overseas territories.
  • Champion the hirify.global brand across touchpoints, ensuring consistent, compelling and audience-relevant messaging.
  • Oversee the content calendar and campaign roadmap to align with product launches and market opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver strategic PR and thought leadership, enhancing hirify.global’s profile as a trusted partner in education.
  • Report on key performance metrics across marketing, driving insights into what’s working and what needs change.
