Intern, Talent Acquisition

TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Intern (HR Recruiting): Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant communication with focus on supporting the entire recruiting process and Employer Branding activities. Focus on building relationships with universities, coordinating recruitment events, and managing presence at career fairs.

Location: Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany, but other locations are also available: Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich, Bremen.

Salary: €1,400 per month.

What you will do

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying potential candidates through various channels.
• Help schedule and organize interviews and manage calendars for hiring managers.
• Serve as the point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Play a key role in the recruitment process for students in the EMEA region.
• Assist in Employer Branding projects by building relationships with universities and coordinating recruitment events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related).
• The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last ideally 6 months.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and willing to learn with a strong interest in recruitment and employer branding.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
