What you will do

• Monitor IT infrastructure and manage major disturbances on a 24/7 basis.
• Perform initial analysis of security event incidents, spam, phishing, and malware.
• Investigate potential malicious websites and take down phishing sites.
• Investigate atypical consultations and grant access to data centers.
• Ensure early detection of disruptions and security issues, informing relevant parties for structural solutions.
• Focus on continuous improvement of services through process optimization and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Security Blue Team Level 1 certification.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on Splunk and Power BI knowledge.
• Continuous improvement mindset, focused on automating work.
• Eagerness to learn, analytical thinking, customer focus, agility, sound judgment, ownership, and effective collaboration.
• Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
