Sales Operations Intern

Location: Remote-friendly within The Netherlands. Interns must live in the Netherlands or be open to moving there and hold a Dutch citizen service number (BSN).

What you will do

• Support the Sales team with Salesforce troubleshooting, updates, and operations.
• Assist in building and updating dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Help review workflows and processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on data checks, audits, and reporting to improve accuracy and forecasting.
• Provide support in documenting processes and creating guides for sales team adoption.
• Gain hands-on experience with CRM best practices and the commercial tech stack.

Requirements

• Interest in Sales Operations, CRM systems, and automation platforms, such as Salesforce and N8N.
• A background in Business, Data, or Technical studies.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, and numbers.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
