What you will do

• Manage project and program staffing cadence, tracking, and assignments.
• Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring and retention.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies with leadership.
• Support Human Resources and general office management.
• Continuously improve staffing and recruiting processes as the business grows.

Requirements

• Familiarity with staffing models and metrics in professional services.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with proven results.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in Boston office.
