TL;DR

Technical Advisor (Medtech): Supporting the customer base with product usage, answering questions, and resolving issues with an accent on developing in-depth product knowledge and collaborating closely with Senior Technical Advisors, implementation, and QA teams. Focus on acting as first-line support via phone, email, and chat, handling level 1 and 2 support tickets, configuring customer environments, and informing customers about product features and best practices.

Location: On-site in Quebec City or Montreal, Canada (working schedule 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday)

What you will do

  • Act as first-line support for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle level 1 and 2 support tickets.
  • Prioritize support requests and enhancement requests.
  • Configure customer environments.
  • Inform customers about product features and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to learn various computer systems and tools.
  • Natural ability to manage stress and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, verbalize, and synthesize.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Zendesk.
  • Understanding of medical schedules and the administrative workings of the healthcare system.
