TL;DR

Alliance Partner Director (Fintech): Architecting and executing partnership strategies with ISVs and technical alliances to drive revenue growth, with an accent on building relationships, enabling sales teams, and executing joint sales cycles. Focus on establishing the company as a key player in the insurance technology ecosystem and creating sustainable competitive advantages.

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, or remote within the states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, and WA. Must live within 25 miles of the Denver office for hybrid work. Not hiring in New York metro, Seattle metro, or the San Francisco Bay Area.

Salary: $250,000 - $264,000 OTE (70% base/30% variable)

hirify.global is a Compliance as a Service solution that integrates regulatory database sources with core business systems to automate critical business processes associated with compliance requirements.

What you will do

  • Architect the partnership strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth through strategic ISV and technical alliances.
  • Build, evaluate, and manage high-impact SI Alliance relationships that create competitive differentiation in the insurance technology space.
  • Develop and execute partner-focused sales cycles targeting both new business acquisition and expansion within existing customer accounts.
  • Create comprehensive enablement artifacts and training programs that accelerate partner-driven pipeline generation.
  • Lead customer-facing and partner-facing events that drive measurable joint pipeline creation and sales acceleration.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute integrated sales plays with top-tier partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in software technology sales, alliance business development, or partnership development roles.
  • Experience building and scaling partnership programs at smaller companies.
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle software and/or services selling experience within the Salesforce ecosystem or other major ISV partner networks.
  • Cloud-based SaaS or API-first company experience.
  • Proven ability to generate and attribute significant revenue pipeline to partnership activities.
  • Track record of successfully influencing and enabling partner organizations to prioritize and sell solutions.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience selling into the insurance vertical.
  • Deep understanding of US insurance industry dynamics, regulations, and technology adoption patterns.
  • Experience with API-first architectures, or data integration solutions.
  • Significant experience within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
