Sales Enablement - Associate (Fintech)

TL;DR

Sales Enablement - Associate (Fintech): Supporting both the Alternative Distribution team and Structured Investment Distribution team with data and reporting to help drive sales with an accent on managing large data sets and data manipulation. Focus on CRM data and providing business insights to track key metrics.

Location: Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000

What you will do

• Produce and maintain sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of CRM data to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Create ad-hoc reporting for clients and senior management.
• Collaborate on drawing insights to support sales opportunities and goals.
• Work closely with the Alternative Investments Sales team and Sales Management team to provide business insights and track key metrics.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience using large data sets and automation with formulas and macros.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Able to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities.
