What you will do

• Explore, analyze, and synthesize data to drive strategic insights.
• Optimize operations using quantitative modeling and data pipelines.
• Develop Business Intelligence dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses for top APAC games to diagnose performance root causes and shape strategic direction.
• Collaborate with the global Analytics team to design and build interactive dashboards and revenue trackers.
• Model User Lifetime Value (LTV) to enable full-impact measurements from decisions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles within tech or other data-rich industries.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, BI tools, and Statistics.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of impacting business decisions.
• Must work in a hybrid format from Seoul, South Korea.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with Machine Learning.
