What you will do

• Develop and optimise banking modules, innovations, and regulations to adapt to customer needs.
• Provide continuous consulting to improve business processes and support technical and functional changes.
• Integrate new modules and applications to enrich information systems.
• Ensure the operation and efficient resolution of incidents.
• Analyse needs and proactively develop suitable solutions, responsible for end-to-end project implementation.
• Collaborate in a dynamic and agile team environment.

Requirements

• A degree (Federal VET Diploma) in the relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in and understanding of IT, business informatics, or digital technologies.
• Experience in customer contact, sales, or consulting with high social skills.
• Knowledge of databases, programming, or software development.
• Experience with agile methods and project management.
• Very good German required; French and English an advantage.
• Ability to work from Switzerland (office or home office).
