Salary: $180,000–$200,000 year

What you will do

• Lead the technical evaluation and integration of blockchain infrastructure and smart contract platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and implement digital asset strategies.
• Participate in the design and development of new digital asset products and capabilities.
• Assess and manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors.
• Conduct technical due diligence on emerging blockchain technologies and tools.
• Support the development of secure and scalable infrastructure including wallets, key management, and custody solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles.
• Background in blockchain or Web3 companies, focused on infrastructure and smart contract development.
• Experience working with JSON-RPC APIs to interact with blockchain nodes and using Web3 and Ethers libraries.
• Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, infrastructure, and tooling.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
