Location: This is a role based in our Singapore office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Execute discretionary OTC crypto trades for clients based on market conditions and goals.
• Support and grow a 24/7 spot flow operation along with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Provide clients with actionable insights into the cryptocurrency market and assist them in navigating volatility.
• Drive revenue by leveraging strong sales skills to meet or exceed established targets.
• Collaborate globally to ensure smooth operations and optimal trading conditions for clients.
• Stay updated with market developments, regulatory changes, and technical advancements in cryptocurrencies.
• Grow the client base and strengthen existing relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an OTC broker, trader, or sales-trader.
• Solid broker-dealer background, comfortable with discretionary trading.
• Deep understanding of international financial markets and regulatory standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions, and handle high volumes of transactions.
• Keen interest in staying updated with trends and news in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrencies.
• Must be comfortable working flexible hours in coordination with our Singapore and US teams.
