Salary: $160,000–$185,000

What you will do

• Lead high-impact demos, technical presentations, and onsite engagements with customers.
• Design and build scalable solutions that showcase hirify.global's platform.
• Work onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover needs.
• Use AI tools and new technologies to deliver solutions faster and improve customer support.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• A full-stack builder comfortable working with web applications, IDEs, APIs, back-end services, and developer tools.
• Confident speaking onsite with enterprise customers to deliver demos and gather requirements.
• A clear communicator able to go deep with engineers or simplify for non-technical audiences.
• Bring energy, creativity, and a problem-solver’s mindset to every customer engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer (HR tech, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, API-first or integration-heavy systems).
• Project management skills with strong organization and deadline adherence.
