Location: This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize high-impact dashboards in Metabase aligned to strategic KPIs.
• Develop and optimize SQL and scalable data models across complex datasets.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Digital, Product, and Supply Chain to shape data-driven decision-making.
• Support delivery of BI roadmap initiatives, managing priorities, risks, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science on end-to-end data solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in BI or analytics within a commercial environment.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capability with a performance focus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear data storytelling.
• Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, Matillion).
• Growth mindset with passion for quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
