What you will do

• Build and lead the Networking and Storage Product organizations, delivering high-performance interconnects, data pipelines, and storage systems for AI workloads.
• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for hirify.global’s networking fabric, storage platforms, and data services.
• Partner with Engineering, the Office of the CTO, and executive leadership to balance rapid innovation with architectural integrity.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and engage directly with enterprise and AI lab customers.
• Ensure hirify.global remains the gold standard for large-scale AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management within infrastructure, cloud, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams of Product Managers.
• Deep technical expertise in high-performance networking, including RDMA, InfiniBand, RoCE, and leaf-spine architectures.
• Proven experience with high-performance and cloud-native storage systems, including CSI and S3-compatible object storage.
• Strong understanding of data services and platforms that support large-scale AI training and inference workloads.
• Hands-on experience operating in Kubernetes-native environments, with a strong understanding of API-driven and declarative infrastructure consumption.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycles, from hardware/software selection and proof-of-concept through global GA and deprecation.
• Applicant must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access the export controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience building infrastructure products for AI/ML, deep learning, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Background working closely with enterprise customers, AI research labs, or hyperscale platforms.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on technical product positioning and competitive differentiation.
