TL;DR

Deploy Project Director: Accountable for delivering major and/or multiple customer projects within contractual obligations, forecasted costs, time, and quality for network deployment. Focus on establishing project reporting, governance, risk management, and ensuring execution adherence to contracts and financial goals.

Location: On-site in Iraq, specifically Baghdad.

What you will do

• Deliver projects on scope, time, cost, and aligned with contractual obligations and establish project reporting and governance.
• Develop customer relationships, understand customer environment, and determine customer interfaces.
• Implement risk management and control measures and oversee overall project management.
• Ensure execution adherence to customer contracts and hirify.global’s processes, including health and safety plans.
• Achieve financial goals for the project and manage all necessary resources.
• Secure End-to-end project planning, risk, and opportunity management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management of network deployment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in radio and microwave products and services.
• Good financial acumen and cost management skills.
• Capabilities to work under pressure and smart decision making.

Nice to have

• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Familiarity with hirify.global digital project management tools and processes.
