What you will do

• Lead the delivery of customer programs and complex projects for a defined product and service scope.
• Conduct thorough risk management to ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and quality standards.
• Manage the customer relationship during delivery, serving as the primary interface for all contract-related activities.
• Develop and implement a clear and effective communications plan for all stakeholders.
• Ensure project financial consistency by coordinating product and service forecast activities.
• Ensure proper project closure and handover, including fulfillment of contractual obligations and documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management in the telecom industry.
• Computer science and telecom engineer degree.
• Proven ability to deliver complex programs within budget, scope, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage complex relationships and align stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management (e.g PMP…).
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in telecommunications and networking.
