Senior Product Manager (Geospatial)

Senior Product Manager (Geospatial): Leading the roadmap, build, and evolution of hirify.global’s user and internal platform for thermal data products with an accent on data ordering, delivery, APIs, and customer tools. Location: Remote, US only, with an option for hybrid work in Carlsbad, California. US work authorization required.

hirify.global is a space and data analytics company developing a next-generation Earth observation constellation and software platform to utilize thermal infrared imagery for agricultural resilience and global applications.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for hirify.global’s User Platform, aligning with customer needs and company priorities.
• Own the product lifecycle for platform products, including data ordering, delivery, APIs, and customer tools.
• Lead an Agile development team, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring effective coordination across teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of vertical markets and user workflows to identify customer requirements.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and build relationships with external partners for integration opportunities.
• Contribute to the enterprise vision, engineering processes, and company-wide roadmap.

Requirements

• Masters in engineering, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within Earth observation, geospatial, or related domains.
• Demonstrated success leading technical products from concept to launch in a fast-paced, software-centered environment.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and platform/integration ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading Agile product development processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial data, remote sensing, or thermal imagery applications.
• Background working with multidisciplinary engineering, science, and commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and modern API product models.
• Experience in startups or high-growth technology environments.
