What you will do

• Own developer activation by improving SDK/API user success and reducing drop-off.
• Ship technical content including tutorials, guides, and example repositories aligned with Voice AI workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with frameworks like LiveKit and Pipecat, including demos and partner assets.
• Create benchmark templates and evaluation tools to validate audio enhancement impact.
• Engage and grow developer communities through events, workshops, and online platforms.
• Translate developer feedback into product improvements in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Berlin, Germany is mandatory.
• Experience in Developer Relations or Developer Advocacy at a developer-first product company.
• Hands-on experience with Voice AI, real-time pipelines, and telephony stacks like Pipecat or LiveKit.
• Ability to write and maintain production-quality code in Python and TypeScript/Node; Rust/C++ is a plus.
• Strong focus on developer success, documentation, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Experience working in early-stage startups with high ownership and fast-paced environments.
