What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Personal Loans proposition for the UK market and develop a multi-year roadmap.
• Set pricing and promotional structures to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit Risk, and Legal to ensure compliance with UK lending regulations.
• Use research and data to shape product features and customer experiences.
• Lead cross-functional squads across UX, Engineering, Data, Delivery, and Credit Risk.
• Drive agile delivery, prioritize backlogs, and foster a culture of performance and learning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or able to work hybrid from Liverpool.
• Strong academic background in a numerate discipline.
• 5+ years in product management, innovation consulting, or financial services strategy.
• Deep knowledge of unsecured lending or fintech product launches.
• Expertise in risk management and UK lending regulations.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
