TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the Salesforce queue supporting clients without dedicated Technical Account Managers.
  • Prioritize and advise on diverse client requests and collaborate with Client Success Management to define client needs.
  • Present platform information and benefits to clients including business managers and technical stakeholders.
  • Engage cross-functionally to leverage resources and keep Sales and Customer Success informed.
  • Contribute to implementation processes and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments to improve efficiency and reduce CAC.
  • Qualify leads and partner strategically with sales, marketing, and RevOps on AI-driven customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid or remote work with presence in Chicago or US-based team.
  • 3+ years experience in roles requiring organization, problem-solving, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and internal relationships.
  • Familiarity with data exchanges, APIs, and systems integration preferred.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and clarify incomplete customer requests.
