Salary: 27,000–30,000 PLN/month gross

What you will do

• Own and architect the end-to-end user analytics strategy integrating product and lifecycle analytics.
• Lead, coach, and scale two analytics teams with different operating models.
• Establish high standards for data quality, governance, documentation, and analytical rigor.
• Define and standardize metrics and experimentation practices to inform decisions.
• Act as a senior thought partner to Product, Lifecycle, Engineering, and Payments teams.
• Design and drive scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland and work onsite in Warsaw.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams in SaaS or digital product environments.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale event-level datasets.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks such as dbt, Looker, Tableau, and Git workflows.
• Strong understanding of metrics, experimentation, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analysis.
• Ability to translate vague business questions into clear analytical plans and outcomes.
