What you will do

• Lead market research to identify industry trends and new product opportunities.
• Define and inform product strategy based on industry developments and technologies.
• Communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a product manager on software development projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science).
• Strong understanding of scientific research and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
