TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work setup (occasionally remote, predominantly onsite) in Berlin

hirify.global is a Berlin-based startup that has successfully established a leading digital-first trading company for industrial metals across Europe.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the brand, positioning, and messaging for the Software Business Unit.
  • Lead the creation of a new website, including structure, narrative, and content.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for customers and partners.
  • Create and maintain core marketing and sales materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, product and solution pages, and case study formats.
  • Support founder-led sales with demo narratives, follow-up materials, and structured messaging.
  • Build and manage a LinkedIn presence (company and founders), including thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with branding, positioning, and website launches.
  • Strong ability to translate complex, technical products into clear and compelling messages.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and structuring skills.
  • A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with comfort working in early-stage environments.
  • Excellent command of English is required; German is a strong advantage, especially for working with customers in the DACH region.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in founder-led sales environments.
  • Exposure to go-to-market, outbound, or early-stage growth initiatives.
  • Background in industrial, logistics, or B2B software contexts.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials for complex products.
