What you will do
- Develop and own the brand, positioning, and messaging for the Software Business Unit.
- Lead the creation of a new website, including structure, narrative, and content.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for customers and partners.
- Create and maintain core marketing and sales materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, product and solution pages, and case study formats.
- Support founder-led sales with demo narratives, follow-up materials, and structured messaging.
- Build and manage a LinkedIn presence (company and founders), including thought leadership content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with branding, positioning, and website launches.
- Strong ability to translate complex, technical products into clear and compelling messages.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and structuring skills.
- A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with comfort working in early-stage environments.
- Excellent command of English is required; German is a strong advantage, especially for working with customers in the DACH region.

- Experience working in founder-led sales environments.
- Exposure to go-to-market, outbound, or early-stage growth initiatives.
- Background in industrial, logistics, or B2B software contexts.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials for complex products.
