What you will do
- Translate customer insights and performance data into clear creative briefs for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Build and manage creative testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze creative performance metrics and generate new testable ideas.
- Scale winning creative concepts into multiple formats and variations.
- Collaborate with UGC creators, designers, and agencies to optimize creative output for performance.
- Balance strategic planning and execution in a high-volume, experiment-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in German (C1+) with strong understanding of German customer behavior and culture.
- 4–5+ years experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance creative with deep exposure to Meta/paid social.
- Proven ability to write exceptional creative briefs that unlock winning ads.
- Fluent in performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
- Experience working with UGC creators and performance-led content.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

- Experience in DTC, subscriptions, health-tech, or high-growth startups.
