What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Work within a microservices architecture, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Lead a team, managing workload, priorities, and task assignment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Java.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot (3.x).
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (Firestore or similar).
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
