What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of Account Executives, including recruiting, nurturing, and performance management.
- Develop and execute a strategic customer acquisition and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Korea market.
- Own direct sales and drive alignment with reseller partners to maximize their potential and contribute to sales goals.
- Ensure that business outcomes are consistent and predictable while navigating large, complex transactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales Operations.
- Act as a proactive representative within the senior leadership team and speak at company and partner events in Korea.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a technologically complex product environment.
- At least 8 years of proven experience selling a SaaS product to enterprise-level clients.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team of sales leaders.
- Deep knowledge and strategic point of view on the South Korea market and its complex technology landscape.
- Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision-makers for large SaaS investments.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
