hirify.global is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange focused on building a scalable, compliant, and liquidity driven trading platform.

What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s go to market and growth strategy with clear volume and revenue targets.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels across paid media, SEO, affiliates, referrals, and communities.
• Own end to end funnel performance including KYC completion rate, deposit conversion, first trade, and early retention.
• Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in app messaging.
• Build, manage, and develop a high performance growth team with a strong experimentation culture.

Requirements

• 7 plus years in growth, performance marketing, or product led growth roles.
• Minimum 4 years in crypto exchanges, fintech platforms, or high growth financial products.
• Demonstrated experience owning exchange funnels including KYC, deposits, and trading activation.
• Strong analytical skills with hands on experience in tools such as GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, and A B testing frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
